Spring into Speed is an 8 week program in Katy, Texas designed to help you reach your best 5k, 10K or half marathon time and go for a personal record! It has 3 weekly run coached workouts with a USAT Level 2 and RRCA certified coach. Also included is a weekly strength session with a certified personal trainer. Each week the coached sessions are comprised of a hill workout, a tempo workout, a long run as well as other run sessions for you do on your own. It is suitable for all levels of runners and all paces. Your registration includes a training plan, delivered through the Training Peaks platform, a private Facebook group for you to ask questions in and some awesome swag. This program runs from the end of February through mid April.
