Looking for some direction, but not quite ready to commit to full one on one coaching?
The Sonic Endurance Team is another option for you. Team Membership allows access to our in person and virtual group workouts, training plans, education sessions, and the ability to interact with athletes and coaches on our private athlete forum.
This is a great way to get acclimated to the sport and access to a foundation of knowledge to make your season a SUCCESS!
For 2023, we have different team options to fit your needs:
BASIC TEAM:
- Membership runs from sign up date through Dec 31, 2023.
- Sign up in November or December of 2022 you will receive membership to the 2023 team as a bonus.
- TrainingPeaks Basic Account.
- Access to Ironman and Ironman 70.3 priority registration.
- 30% discount on the Sonic Endurance Training Peaks library of training plans.
- Access to Sonic Endurance Private Facebook Group.
- Participation in monthly challenges with prizes.
- Access to exclusive Sonic Endurance gear from Zoot.
- Invitations to pre-race meals and events at Sonic Endurance focus races.
- Pre-race and on course support at focus races.
- Access to Sonic Endurance Newsletters and Education programs.
- Participation in local (in select markets) and virtual workouts with Sonic Endurance coaches.
- Discounts with Sonic Endurance sponsors.
- 10 % discount on Sonic Endurance Training Camps in Galveston, Texas and Lake Placid, New York.
- 30 minute consultation with a Sonic Endurance coach.
ANNUAL BASIC TEAM FEE: $175
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING:
In addition to all the basic team member benefits one on one coached athletes receive:
- Customized training plans from their coach with unlimited revisions as needed based on athlete schedule and progress.
- Unlimited communication with their coach, race execution plans and in person (or virtual) sessions as necessary.
- 30% Discount on Sonic Endurance Training Camps.
- Note that athletes upgrading from Level 1 or Level 2 team membership to one on one coaching will receive a pro-rated discount on one-on-one coaching.
