Spring into Speed is a 9 week program designed to help you reach your best 5k or 10k time and go for a personal record!  It has 3 weekly coached workouts with a USAT and RRCA certified coach.  Each week the coached sessions are comprised of a track workout, a tempo workout, a long run as well as other run sessions for you do on your own.  It is suitable for all levels of runners and all paces.  Your registration includes a training plan, delivered through the Training Peaks platform, a  private Facebook group for you to ask questions in and an awesome shirt.  This program runs from the end of February through mid April.
