This program is designed to help your child be ready and complete the North Penn IronKnights Triathlon.  PLEASE NOTE ALL PARTICPANTS MUST BE NORTH PENN SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDENTS. 

Also note this program does not include the race registration.   It is for the training program only.

The IronKnights Training Program is designed to help get your child ready for the triathlon.

This program is a skills based program designed to help your child complete the race.  During this program we will work on bike handling skills, endurance riding and run fitness.
