The Sonic Endurance coaching staff has built out several plans to help you take the next step. The challenge of endurance training is sometimes knowing what to do and when to do it. These plans are built to keep you on track and help you meet your goals. Each of these plans comes with a FREE 30 min consultation with a Sonic Endurance Coach.
This is a great way to get acclimated to the sport and accessto a foundation of knowledge to make your season a SUCCESS!
For 2025, we have one team option to fit your needs:
SONIC ENDURANCE TEAM
- Membership runs from sign up date through December 31, 2024.
- Training Peaks Basic Account.
- Access to Training Plan Library which includes half marathon, marathon, sprint, olympic, 50k, and swim specific and more
- Access to Ironman and Ironman 70.3 priority registration.
- Access to Sonic Endurance Private Facebook Group.
- Participation in monthly challenges with prizes.
- Access to exclusive Sonic Endurance gear.
- Monthly ask the coaches sessions for team members only
- Invitations to pre-race meals and events at Sonic Endurance focus races.
- Pre-race and on course support at focus races.

ANNUAL BASIC TEAM FEE: $175
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
In addition to all the basic team member benefits one on one coached athletes receive:
- Customized training plans from their coach with unlimited revisions as needed based on athlete schedule and progress.
- Unlimited communication with their coach, race execution plans and in person (or virtual) sessions as necessary.
- Unlimited communication with coaches via e-mail, text and phone calls as scheduled
- 30% Discount on Sonic Endurance Training Camps
- Note that athletes upgrading from Level 1 or Level 2 team membership to one on one coaching will receive a pro-rated discount on one-on-one coaching.
FEE: Starting at $200 / Month Based on the Selected Coach
